About the Role
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join ShopBack, a global cashback platform serving over 50 million users. This role involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to support the General Manager and other business units.
- →Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide real-time insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- →Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to inform strategic and operational decisions.
- →Work closely with the GM to understand business objectives and align data initiatives accordingly.
- →Partner with different departments to provide analytical support and data-driven recommendations.
- →Lead end-to-end BI projects, from initial scoping and data collection to analysis, reporting, and implementation.
- →Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.
- →Provide training and support to team members and other stakeholders on using BI tools and interpreting data.
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment or digital industry
- ✓Solid analytical skills with an understanding of links to commercial business
- ✓Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- ✓Knowledge of Excel and SQL are a must, Python is preferred
- ✓Team player with strong communication skills and the ability for problem solving
- ✓Highly adaptable, self-driven, and motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- ✓Able to communicate (written and verbal) effectively in English
