About the Role

We are looking for a Creative Designer to join our Regional Marketing team in Malaysia. This role involves producing high-quality, conversion-driven artwork across digital, mobile/app, and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

• →Creative Development & Execution
• →Produce high-quality creative assets across digital (social, paid media, CRM, app/web) and offline channels (OOH, print, retail, on-ground activations).
• →Develop campaign visuals that scale cohesively across formats and placements.
• →Execute adaptations and resizing with strong attention to composition.
• →Ensure all outputs align with brand guidelines while meeting performance and commercial objectives.
• →Offline & Production Excellence
• →Prepare artwork for large-format and print production, including OOH, transit ads, in-store displays, and event materials.
• →Understand print specifications, colour systems (CMYK/Pantone), bleed, finishing, and production requirements.
• →Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure final output quality.
• →Process & Collaboration
• →Follow established creative workflows and ensure production-ready, error-free delivery.
• →Manage multiple projects of varying complexity while meeting tight timelines.
• →Collaborate closely with designers, marketers, Growth teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• →Contribute positively to team culture and collective campaign success.
• →Quality & Ownership
• →Maintain exceptional attention to detail across typography, layout, imagery, spacing, and hierarchy.
• →Ensure creative is optimised for both platform requirements and real-world environments.
• →Take ownership of tasks end-to-end with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
