About the Role

We are seeking a high-performing, experienced Technical Recruiting Coordinator to join Shopmonkey for a peak hiring season lasting 3-4 months. This role will serve as a vital operational partner to our Talent Acquisition team, managing the end-to-end logistics of the interview process and supporting the engineering pipeline through strategic candidate sourcing.

Key Responsibilities

→Manage complex, multi-stage interview loops for software engineering and technical product roles across various time zones
→Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience
→Partner closely with hiring managers and interview panels to optimize calendar availability
→Maintain meticulous data integrity within Greenhouse, our Applicant Tracking System
→Assist with identifying and engaging passive technical talent through Endorsed & LinkedIn Recruiter
→Conduct initial profile screenings to ensure candidates meet both culture core values and experience needed
→Execute sourcing strategies that prioritize a diverse candidate pool

Requirements

✓Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting coordination or talent operations within a fast-paced technology environment
✓Demonstrated ability to source for technical roles and a foundational understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
✓Proficiency with Greenhouse or a similar ATS system, LinkedIn Recruiter, Endorsed or similar sourcing tools
✓Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
✓High level of attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
