About the Role

SiaX is looking for a Paid Search Strategist to lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of high-performance SEM campaigns, serving as the primary point of contact for clients. This role focuses on the Search ecosystem, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and App store environments, with a focus on advanced smart bidding, automation, and data-driven testing to fuel client growth.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead the strategy and execution of paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and app ecosystems, aligning media investment with client business goals.
→Plan, build, and manage SEM media plans based on growth forecasts to hit goals and KPIs set by clients.
→Build and manage granular campaign structures, including keyword segmentation, ad copy testing, and bidding strategy to maximize efficiency.
→Implement smart bidding strategies, feed-based automations, and scripts to scale performance and reduce manual optimization.
→Own the end-to-end process from implementation of tags/conversion events to troubleshooting, ensuring data integrity through clean tagging and conversion tracking.
→Serve as the primary strategic voice for paid search performance, transforming complex campaign data into clear, executive-level narratives.
→Work alongside Creative, SEO, Analytics, and Account teams to ensure paid search efforts complement broader digital marketing initiatives.
→Stay ahead of algorithm updates, automation advancements, and beta opportunities to keep campaigns at the leading edge.

Requirements

✓Proven experience in paid search strategy and execution across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and app ecosystems.
✓Strong understanding of advanced smart bidding, automation, and data-driven testing.
✓Experience with keyword management, campaign optimization, and conversion tracking.
✓Ability to lead weekly client meetings and presentations, identifying trends and forecasting growth opportunities.
✓Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights.
✓Experience with GA4, GTM, and CRM integrations.
✓Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
