About the Role
We’re at an inflection point as we define a transformed Member Experience and build toward it. As Lead Product Designer, Member & Provider Experience, you’ll help set the experience vision and direction across mobile and web—partnering closely with Product and Engineering leadership to turn complexity into simple, trusted experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead cross-functional problem solving and raise the bar on quality and craft
- →Design hands-on: flows, IA, interaction models, UI, prototypes
- →Plan or guide research, synthesize findings, and drive shipped decisions
- →Mentor designers through critique, pairing, and calibration
- →Lead an AI-forward design practice using AI tools to accelerate exploration
Requirements
- ✓7+ years designing digital products at a product/tech company
- ✓A portfolio showing ability to simplify complex information
- ✓Strong interaction and visual craft with design systems at scale
- ✓Demonstrated thoughtful use of AI in design practice
- ✓Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
- ✓Strong facilitation skills for running working sessions
- ✓Experience combining qualitative research with quantitative signals
- ✓Commitment to accessibility and inclusive design
- ✓Clear, concise communication skills
