About the Role

We are looking for a Strategy and Operations Partner to join Sierra, a company creating a platform to help businesses build better customer experiences with AI. This role will support the Agent Development business by providing strategy and operations expertise.

Key Responsibilities

→Serve as the strategy and operations partner to Agent Development leadership
→Establish operating cadence with clear visibility into business health metrics
→Operationalize best practices for enterprise agent deployment
→Drive account expansion strategy with post-sale momentum
→Analyze complex datasets and translate findings into executive-ready recommendations
→Build internal tooling with AI-native tools

Requirements

✓3-5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy and operations at top-tier technology companies
✓Strong analytical rigor with large datasets
✓Experience supporting sales or commercial teams in a strategy and operations capacity
✓Comfort with ambiguity and fast-changing environments
✓Commercial instinct and understanding of enterprise technology products
✓Strong communication skills to influence senior stakeholders
✓Growth mindset and willingness to contribute at all levels
