About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Operations Senior Partner at SimplePractice to join the Sales leadership team and drive new revenue growth for our marketing and product-led business. This critical role will ensure collaboration between Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.

Key Responsibilities

→Oversee HubSpot governance to optimize CRM data models
→Lead implementation of new sales tech stack (Gong, ZoomInfo, DocuSign)
→Standardize handoff between Marketing leads, sales conversions, and customer success
→Translate sales vision into technical workflows to accelerate deal velocity
→Build sophisticated dashboards to track PLG to Sales conversion funnel
→Maintain a single source of truth for revenue data
→Design automated reporting to share field-level insights with Product and Marketing
→Develop growth hacking framework with Marketing team
→Ensure alignment of attribution models and conversion metrics
→Provide leadership to Internal Data Analyst and CRM administrator

Requirements

✓7+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations with 2+ years of cross-functional reporting experience
✓Deep expertise in HubSpot and sales tech ecosystems
✓Experience with Gong and ZoomInfo
✓Experience with high-volume inbound lead engines
✓Experience providing real-time feedback on lead quality
✓Experience creating fair and equitable territories
✓Ability to provide data-driven insights and business recommendations
✓Excellent communication skills
✓Collaborative leadership abilities
✓Experience in HealthTech, EHR, or Practice Management
