The Role
We are seeking a technical, growth-minded Senior Data Analyst to lead the data strategy for our acquisition and channel marketing efforts. Reporting through the Marketing organization, you will be the analytical architect behind our top-of-funnel engine.
Your mission is to optimize how we find and convert new users across paid and organic channels. You will own the Demand Model, drive the strategy for marketing attribution, and leverage cutting-edge AI tools to accelerate our marketing efficiency. While our Data Science team focuses on R&D for core predictive models, you will be responsible for the experimental validation and implementation of those insights into our channel strategies.
Responsibilities
β’ Demand Modeling & Forecasting: Own and evolve the Demand Model to predict new customer growth and ARR based on shifting media spend and channel performance.
β’ Channel Performance Optimization: Drive deep-dive analyses into channel-specific performance (Google Ads, Meta, etc.), identifying opportunities to improve ROAS, CAC, and LTV:CAC ratios.
β’ Attribution Strategy: Architect and maintain the logic for marketing attribution, moving beyond simple correlation to determine which touchpoints truly drive incremental growth.
β’ Experimental Rigor: Lead the design, execution, and statistical analysis of A/B tests across marketing landing pages and acquisition funnels to optimize conversion rates.
β’ AI-First Workflow: Actively use and experiment with AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, n8n) to automate insights, build agentic workflows, and maintain a "developer-lite" approach to data tasks.
β’ Predictive Model Implementation: Partner with Data Science to operationalize model outputsβsuch as propensity scores or Next Best Action (NBA) frameworksβinto actionable "nudges" and experiments within our marketing channels.
β’ Data Stewardship: Act as the primary steward for acquisition data quality, identifying tracking gaps in the top-of-funnel and partnering with Engineering to ensure event accuracy across the MarTech stack.
β’ Dual-Platform Reporting: Maintain a high-fidelity "Source of Truth" in Mixpanel and Tableau, ensuring that growth metrics are consistent and trusted across the leadership team.
Desired Skills & Experience
β’ Experience: 8+ years of experience in data analysis, with a heavy focus on growth marketing, performance marketing, or acquisition analytics in a SaaS environment.
β’ Modern Technical Stack: Expert-level SQL and Python skills, with significant experience working in Snowflake, DBT, and Tableau.
β’ Marketing Data Savvy: Proven experience handling semi-structured API data (JSON) from marketing platforms and managing the lifecycle from ingestion to consumption.
β’ Developer-Lite Mindset: Comfortable using Git/GitHub and modern AI-coding environments (e.g., Cursor) to write production-adjacent Python code and automate data workflows.
β’ AI Proficiency: You are an early adopter of AI tools with experience leveraging LLMs and automation platforms to enhance your analytical throughput.
β’ Experimental Expertise: Strong background in experimental design, hypothesis testing, and causal inference models in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits
We offer a competitive benefits program including:
β’ Medical, dental, vision, life & disability insurance
β’ 401(k) plan with company match
β’ Flexible Time Off (FTO), wellbeing days, paid holidays, and summer Fridays
β’ Mental health resources
β’ Paid parental leave & Backup Care
β’ Tuition reimbursement
β’ Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
