About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our team in a hybrid role. This position will be instrumental in implementing features and service enhancements to support our growing platform, with a focus on building a new team in Mexico City.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build out the next generation practice management platform
- →Work with Engineering Leadership to scale our new office in Mexico City
- →Collaborate with Product group to understand customer needs and define features
- →Write clean, efficient and well-tested code
- →Help diagnose problems and architect solutions
Requirements
- ✓2 to 5 years of engineering experience with Ruby on Rails
- ✓Proficient in English with strong communication skills
- ✓Degree in Computer Science or related field
- ✓Experience with Ember.js or React.js
- ✓Experience designing and implementing large, scalable web applications
- ✓Understanding of Test-Driven Development
- ✓Comfortable working with remote teams
