About the Role
We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to help deploy Siro’s AI inside enterprise systems by tackling the hardest, highest-value problems. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering and customer systems/workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own technical discovery and solution recommendations for enterprise accounts
- →Deliver high impact enterprise implementations across CRM integrations, APIs, SDKs, data pipelines, and downstream workflows
- →Build and prototype new use cases by writing code, developing POCs, and creating reference implementations
- →Shape the platform through customer discovery by identifying repeatable patterns
- →Be the technical face of Siro for the enterprise, building trust with stakeholders
- →Help build Siro’s Solutions Engineering function by defining best practices
Requirements
- ✓4+ years in technical, customer-facing engineering roles
- ✓Strong fluency in APIs, CRM systems, SDKs, and data workflows
- ✓Comfortable writing and reading production-quality code for prototypes and integrations
- ✓Strong architectural instincts for whiteboarding systems and reasoning through tradeoffs
- ✓Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- ✓Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for authoring docs and presenting to executives
