About the Customer Onboarding Specialist (EMEA) role...
We're looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist who enjoys taking ownership, staying organized, and helping customers succeed from day one.
This role is well-suited to someone who has worked in fast-paced, service-driven environments, where youβve had to manage multiple priorities, keep processes running smoothly, and step in to solve problems before they escalate.
As part of our Customer Onboarding team, you'll guide new customers through their journey with us. From setup to training to go-live, ensuring they feel confident, supported, and set up for success.
Our customers are based across EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa), so you'll deliver onboarding and training sessions via video. You'll use clear communication, structure, and initiative to keep customers progressing and projects on track.
And don't worry! We won't throw you in the deep end. You'll receive comprehensive product training and be paired with an experienced buddy to help you build confidence before working directly with customers.

What you'll do
- Take ownership of customer onboarding from start to finish
- Understand customer requirements and prepare the right setup for a smooth implementation
- Deliver engaging product training sessions via video or phone
- Proactively identify potential issues or delays and take action to resolve them
- Manage multiple customers at different stages of onboarding, keeping everything organized and on schedule
- Set clear expectations with customers and follow through on commitments
- Work closely with teammates to ensure shared goals and service levels are achieved
- Look for ways to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
