About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join SiteMinder, the world's leading open hotel commerce platform. This role focuses on helping customers achieve their goals and maximize their revenue through our products.
Key Responsibilities
- →Be a trusted advisor to customers, helping them achieve their goals and maximize their revenue
- →Quickly develop rapport with customers over the phone and guide them to adopt our products
- →Develop deep product knowledge and demonstrate how to optimize our products for customer needs
- →Meet KPIs related to revenue expansion and customer adoption scores
- →Manage your pipeline and performance to SLAs and KPIs
Requirements
- ✓Have a genuine passion for sales, customer success, and providing great customer experiences
- ✓Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and can effectively connect with customers from diverse backgrounds in English and German
- ✓Enjoy a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and thrive on exceeding expectations
- ✓Have experience working in a customer-facing role, ideally within the hotel industry or other SAAS business, particularly in customer success, sales, and revenue expansion
- ✓High level of German & English
