Product Manager - Little Hotelier (12 months contract) at Siteminder

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to join SiteMinder, responsible for end-to-end management of the product lifecycle for key areas of the Little Hotelier platform. This role focuses on identifying customer needs and business objectives, defining success metrics, and leading cross-functional teams to bring the vision to reality.

Key Responsibilities

• →End-to-end management of the product lifecycle from concept to evaluation for your Little Hotelier domain
• →Develop and execute a clear product strategy and roadmap aligned with business priorities
• →Define success metrics and track performance against them
• →Advocate for small hoteliers, understanding their workflows, constraints, and goals
• →Translate problems and opportunities into clear problem statements, hypotheses, and product outcomes
• →Produce concise documentation to support design, engineering, and go-to-market
• →Manage and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
• →Identify and manage dependencies across product and platform teams
• →Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer teams to define positioning, messaging, and launch plans
• →Support go-to-market readiness with clear value narratives and feedback loops
• →Own or contribute to commercial outcomes for your area
