About the Role
We are looking for a Product Owner to join SiteMinder, the world’s leading open hotel commerce platform. This role will partner with Product Managers and development teams to ensure features meet user needs and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- →Assist in exploration and refinement of the product roadmap
- →Prioritize the team’s product backlog to ensure focus on maximum value
- →Maintain the team’s product backlog with refined items ready for development
- →Translate requirements into user stories with detailed specifications
- →Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies including refinement, planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- →Define product release plans and communicate delivery progress
- →Manage production issues and customer support queries
- →Stay current with product management best practices
Requirements
- ✓A curious product mindset with a passion for mobile-first experiences
- ✓Excellent communicator with ability to engage senior stakeholders
- ✓Skilled facilitator who drives outcomes through cross-functional collaboration
- ✓3+ years’ experience in Agile delivery environments
- ✓Familiarity with mobile development lifecycles and app store processes
- ✓Strong understanding of product tools, lifecycle, and practices
- ✓Detail-oriented with commitment to quality and timely delivery
- ✓Customer-focused mindset with strong user empathy
