About the Role

We are looking for a strong Workday Developer with a can-do attitude to join our team at SiteMinder. You will work with business stakeholders globally to build solutions in Workday and other cloud-based platforms.

Key Responsibilities

→Collaborate with business to translate requirements into Workday and Adaptive configurations
→Configure Workday Finance module according to business needs
→Configure Workday Adaptive Planning/Adaptive Insights
→Provide technical and functional guidance to team members
→Design, develop and deploy Workday tasks
→Design and develop complex matrix and composite reports
→Support the business during testing, deployment, and post-production phases
→Stay up-to-date with Workday releases and assess their impact
→Design and develop integrations using various Workday integration types
→Monitor interfaces and troubleshoot failures
→Work with Business Process Configuration and Security aspects

Requirements

✓Strong hands-on experience in configuring and implementing Workday integrations/Finance module
✓Hands-on experience in configuring and implementing Workday Adaptive Planning/Adaptive Insights
✓Experience in building Workday integrations
✓Experience in troubleshooting and resolving incidents
✓Familiarity with Workday Community and latest features
✓Ability to work in an agile environment with excellent documentation skills
✓Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them
✓Good understanding of technology implementation projects
✓Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
✓Workday and/or Adaptive certifications are preferred
