Key Responsibilities
- →Manage compliance case administration in NAVEX, ensuring timely closure and audit-ready documentation
- →Lead the review, development, and maintenance of compliance and employment-related policies and procedures
- →Conduct compliance audits and monitoring activities to assess adherence to policies and regulations
- →Lead compliance communications and training initiatives, including OSHA compliance reporting
- →Analyze trends from compliance cases and prepare summaries to support risk mitigation
- →Collaborate with Legal, People & Culture, HR, and business leaders to support investigations and compliance initiatives
Requirements
- ✓10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, Compliance, Risk Management, Legal Operations, Internal Audit, or a related discipline
- ✓Proven experience managing end-to-end compliance cases and investigations using NAVEX or comparable platforms
- ✓Demonstrated ability to lead the creation and maintenance of enterprise-wide compliance policies
- ✓Strong background in designing and executing compliance audits, monitoring programs, and risk assessments
- ✓Exceptional judgment and discretion when handling sensitive matters
- ✓Advanced written and verbal communication skills with a track record of effective stakeholder partnership
