About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager at SIXT to create solutions used globally by millions of users, revolutionizing the way people experience mobility. This role focuses on owning the digital rent experience that enables customers to skip the counter and get on the road faster.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the expansion of Mobile Check-In (MCI) to new customer segments and reservation types
- →Work closely with design and engineering to create frictionless interfaces for digital rent experiences
- →Navigate local market complexity by configuring country-specific requirements
- →Align with stakeholders across the company to remove blockers and expand digital checkout eligibility
- →Establish and monitor KPIs including digital checkout quota and funnel conversion rates
Requirements
- ✓Several years of product management experience, ideally with checkout flows, payment systems, or mobile-first customer experiences
- ✓Strong eye for UI and user experience with the ability to evaluate designs critically
- ✓Experience with mobile app products, self-service flows, or operational technology
- ✓Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- ✓Data-driven and experimentation-oriented mindset with experience in A/B testing
