About the Role
We are looking for a Financial Analyst – Fleet Controlling to join SIXT, where you'll be at the heart of financial operations. This role involves fleet cost forecasting, performance steering, and strategic reporting that directly influences business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support senior leadership and the CFO by preparing management reporting and financial performance summaries
- →Manage monthly forecasts, outlooks, and budget tracking for fleet costs
- →Liaise with Operations, Finance leadership, Legal, and business owners to align on targets and accountability structures
- →Maintain and improve financial reporting, dashboards, KPI frameworks, and data quality standards
- →Conduct in-depth variance analysis to identify root causes and drive structured action tracking
- →Assist in identifying cost drivers, inefficiencies, and savings opportunities
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, or Finance Business Partner roles
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- ✓Advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience with SQL or similar BI tools
- ✓Strong financial judgment and clear communication skills
- ✓Success-oriented with a high ownership mentality
- ✓Self-motivated and reliable with a proactive mindset
