About the Role
We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join our team at SIXT. You will develop and implement cutting-edge models for price optimization, working closely with data scientists to deploy low latency services in production.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop advanced regression prediction models to determine optimal prices under capacity constraints
- →Prototype and evaluate novel architectures including deep MLPs, transformer-based models, and CNNs
- →Conduct large-scale experimentation and simulation to assess model generalization
- →Design and optimize large-scale model training pipelines using distributed frameworks
- →Build high-performance data engineering pipelines for terabyte-scale datasets
- →Implement monitoring and continuous optimization with automated feedback loops
Requirements
- ✓Demonstrated ability to innovate in model design with experience in embeddings, deep MLPs, and hybrid architectures
- ✓Expertise in building and deploying large-scale ML systems handling terabyte-scale datasets
- ✓Strong proficiency with PyTorch or TensorFlow for large-scale model development
- ✓Hands-on experience with PySpark, Dask, and Polars for distributed data processing
- ✓Proficiency with AWS, Kubernetes, and containerized GPU workloads
- ✓Familiarity with MLflow, Airflow, or Kubeflow for managing model lifecycles
