About the Role
We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team at SIXT. This role focuses on providing high-quality IT support for Windows and macOS systems, managing hardware installations, and ensuring smooth operations for our global workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide high-quality support for Windows and macOS client issues, including MS Office, OS troubleshooting, and third-party software support
- →Manage installations of client hardware such as laptops, peripherals, NUCs, meeting room PCs, and support printer setup and issue resolution
- →Coordinate service providers and oversee hardware repairs, inventory accuracy, and hardware lifecycle activities
- →Support user environments by handling onboarding and offboarding tasks, password resets, MFA issues, and Azure/Entra troubleshooting
- →Prepare and support meeting rooms and events by configuring Teams setups, audio systems, and assisting with internal and external company events
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide VIP support, assist with relocations, and contribute to IT projects that improve our overall infrastructure and user experience
Requirements

- ✓Practical, solution-oriented approach to daily challenges
- ✓Excellent English skills with the ability to engage clearly and professionally
- ✓Strong planning, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities
