Key Responsibilities
- βGenerate new hypotheses and prioritize them based on Market and User Research
- βManage full-cycle validation of product hypotheses: Design, Development, Testing, Analytics
- βConduct A/B testing and analyze results
- βResponsible for growth of key product metrics: Approval Rates, Conversions, LTV, ROI
- βCooperate with other teams: Operations, Analytics, Finance, Marketing
- βUnderstand the complete user journey and find optimal levers to achieve goals
Requirements
- β6+ months of experience in IT, Big4, FMCG, or successfully completed courses in Product Management
- βUnderstanding of product hypotheses, how to form and prioritize them
- βGood knowledge of basic product metrics and their relationships, ability to calculate Unit Economics
- βAbility to conduct comprehensive research and competitor analysis
- βExperience with A/B testing and dashboard usage
- βAbility to clearly and structuredly present information
- βEnglish language proficiency at Intermediate level
