About the Role
We are looking for a Creative Marketing Designer to join our AlphaNovel product team at SKELAR, a venture builder creating international tech businesses. This role focuses on creating engaging marketing materials to help our business grow.
Key Responsibilities
- βCreate static and video creatives based on clear briefs from the marketing team
- βDevelop, edit, and create variations of marketing creatives
- βManage work projects according to workflow
- βResize creatives for different channel formats
- βGenerate new ideas for marketing tasks and participate in brainstorming sessions
- βInteract with the creative team
Requirements
- βMinimum 6 months of experience in design
- βProficiency in After Effects, Figma, and Adobe Photoshop
- βAbility to work with references, analyze them, and adapt them to brand tasks
- βAttention to detail and ability to creatively implement ideas in various formats
- βOrganizational skills, creative thinking, and attention to visual integrity
- βGenuine interest in working with creatives in a marketing team
- βAbility to work with feedback and accept constructive criticism
