About the Role
We are looking for a User Acquisition Lead to join our marketing team at SKELAR, a venture builder that creates international tech businesses. This role focuses on driving growth through Meta Ads campaigns for our learning platform Spirio.
Key Responsibilities
- βLaunch, optimize and scale advertising campaigns in Meta Ads
- βAnalyze campaign results and monitor marketing metrics (CTR, CR, CPA, ROI, etc.)
- βTest new approaches to traffic acquisition to improve efficiency
- βParticipate in brainstorming sessions for creative ideas and generate solutions
- βResearch competitors, analyze their advertising channels, materials and approaches
Requirements
- β2+ years of experience with Meta Ads
- βStrong analytical abilities and understanding of marketing metrics
- βAttention to detail and responsibility
- βWillingness to quickly adapt to changes
- βInitiative and desire to develop
- βEnglish level B2 or higher
- βProficient user of Google Sheets
