About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at SKELAR, a venture builder that creates international tech businesses. You will work with co-founders to build strong teams and succeed on global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- βUnderstand Performance Marketing from the inside, learning how traffic acquisition works on Tier-1 markets (USA, UK) and how to turn creative ideas into real profit (Gross Profit)
- βGenerate hypotheses based on numbers (ROI, CPA, LTV) and decide which message or format to scale
- βIdentify non-obvious patterns in TikTok/Reels and adapt trends for the business before competitors
- βDeeply understand user psychology, using their slang and formulations to create resonant storytelling
- βDevelop as a T-shaped specialist in an autonomous cross-functional team
Requirements
- βEnglish B2 and above. Critically important for creating stories for native speakers (US/UK)
- βAnalytical mindset, seeking cause-and-effect relationships and not afraid to work with data
- βBusiness orientation and systematic curiosity, willing to reject ideas that don't bring money
- βAbility to independently understand complex systems and always dig deep: 'how does this work?' and 'why are we doing this?'
