About the Role
We are looking for a Head of Marketing to join TENTENS Tech, a partner IT company of SKELAR, a Ukrainian venture builder that builds international tech businesses. This is a key leadership position in marketing responsible for strategy, team, and business results in user acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- βManage a large User Acquisition team
- βDevelop vision, processes, and culture for the department
- βDirectly influence the growth rates of SKELAR businesses
- βBuild and scale the user acquisition direction from strategy to daily operational efficiency
- βDevelop managers, mentorship, and form a strong team
- βLaunch and scale paid channels (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, X, Quora, etc.)
- βFind new growth opportunities through growth hacking and testing unconventional approaches
- βDeep work with analytics from marketing metrics to unit economics and LTV
- βBuild effective interaction with the creative team
- βCollaborate with product and technical teams for funnel optimization
- βAnalyze competitors, market, and new acquisition channels
Requirements
- βStrong background in user acquisition / performance marketing (5+ years)
- βExperience working with large budgets and complex campaign structures
- βDeep understanding of metrics: CPM, CTR, CPC, CR, CPA, ROAS, ROI, LTV
- βData-driven approach and systematic thinking
- βExperience managing teams and processes in a fast-growing environment
- βAbility to think about product and business, not just channels
