About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team at SKELAR, a venture builder that creates tech businesses. This role focuses on finding and hiring the best candidates for our growing companies.
Key Responsibilities
- βSearch for and hire the best candidates on the market to meet business needs
- βCreate and implement new, alternative approaches in recruitment
- βExpand recruitment geography to global markets
- βCollaborate with Hiring Managers on opening positions, defining ideal candidate profiles, and building teams from scratch
- βConduct interviews using modern approaches to assess candidates
- βWork with ATS (BreezyHR), analytical dashboards, and automation tools
Requirements
- βB2+ level of English
- βAbility to visit the office in a smart-hybrid format in Kyiv
- βExperience working in the IT environment and understanding of IT recruitment specifics
- βHigh level of communication skills and ability to work in a team
- βCritical and systematic thinking
- βAmbition to develop, learn, and find ways to hire the best candidates
