We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at SKELAR, a venture builder that creates tech businesses in various niches. This role focuses on building and implementing recruitment strategies for junior to top-managerial positions.
Key Responsibilities
- βDevelop and implement candidate search strategies
- βCollaborate with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles
- βConduct interviews using modern assessment approaches
- βSupport candidates throughout the recruitment process
- βWork with ATS (BreezyHR), analytical dashboards, and automation tools
- βTrack recruitment trends and implement growth hacking solutions
- βExpand networks and create talent pools through headhunting
Requirements
- β2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
- βExperience in IT recruitment
- βKnowledge of industry market and trends
- βStrong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- βIntermediate+ English language level
- βCritical and systematic thinking
