SKELAR is a venture builder that creates international product IT companies by the rules of the venture capital world. Together with co-founders, we build strong teams to launch product IT businesses and win on global markets.
Right now, we are looking for a Senior Operations Manager / Business Associate to join our partner company, Duomo.
Duomo is a platform for personal and spiritual growth, built on Christian values. We help people find answers to life’s most important questions — from deepening their faith to improving relationships with loved ones — through personalized plans. Our users get access to lessons, interactive quizzes, and video materials that create a holistic learning experience.
Our strategy is to become a global platform where tens of millions of Christians, hundreds of organizations, and thousands of mentors and pastors can interact — and where new monetization models (pastors, churches, content sharing) unlock the next stage of growth.
KEY ACHIEVEMENTS WE ARE PROUD OF:
- Users love us: average rating across the App Store, Google Play, and Trustpilot is 4.7–4.8 out of 5.
- Top‑2 in our niche globally, with product–market fit and strong unit economics already validated.
- Rapid scaling: we grew 6x last year, and we are tracking to grow another 4x this year.
- Meta partner — a sign of product quality and the trust of technology leaders.
- Low risk metrics across the business, with room to unlock additional monetization models on top of a proven core.
We move at incredible speed, and every team member has the opportunity to grow alongside the company, both professionally and personally. We support growth through mentoring, internal educational initiatives, and access to external courses.
We also integrate AI deeply into how we operate — from automating customer support flows to improving payment conversion and creative production. This lets us focus on creativity and compounding impact rather than on routine.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
This is a newly created role, reporting directly to the CEO. As Duomo scales, we need a strong operator–strategist to take ownership of critical parts of the business — payments, supply, reputation, and customer support — and to build these functions in‑house.
You will work shoulder‑to‑shoulder with CEO and Product Lead on problems that directly move unit economics: reducing refund rates, increasing payment throughput, scaling AI‑driven support without compromising CSAT, and shaping Duomo’s reputation footprint on Google and AI tools. You own the approach, secure the budget and headcount, and ship. Over time, this role grows into leading a function and a team of your own.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN:
- Operations execution across payments, supply, reputation, and customer support — turning diagnostics into decisions and decisions into shipped work.
- Identifying and capturing opportunities to improve payment conversion and, as a result, LTV.
- Re‑architecting the support flow with AI: increasing the share of tickets resolved by AI while holding CSAT high and refund rates low.
- Building and maintaining Duomo’s reputation layer — top Google pages, AI‑tool overviews, Trustpilot, App Store and Google Play narratives.
- Analyzing the business, finding bottlenecks, and driving fast execution on the highest‑impact fixes.
- Working cross‑functionally — partnering with product, marketing, finance, and external vendors — to deliver quarterly outcomes tied to P&L.
MUST‑HAVES:
- Proven experience in Operations / BizOps / Business Analyst / Business Associate / FP&A / Strategy or Management Consulting roles inside fast‑growing, operations‑heavy businesses (B2C product, marketplace, fintech, or top‑tier consulting serving those industries).
- Strong ownership track record: you have owned part of a business or a critical process end‑to‑end — from problem definition to measurable outcome.
- Solid analytical foundation — you decide based on numbers, can size problems, build scenarios, and articulate business impact.
- Excellent project execution: you hold several high‑priority initiatives in parallel and deliver at speed.
- Structured thinking and concrete communication — you can clearly explain what you did, why, and what changed, with no fluff.
- A visible growth trajectory in your career (rising‑star pattern — consistently growing in scope and responsibility).
WILL BE A PLUS:
- SQL — comfortable reading queries; ideally writing JOINs and CTEs.
- Exposure to payments, reputation management, or AI‑driven customer support.
- Financial modeling skills (unit economics, operational models, FP&A).
SOFT SKILLS THAT WILL HELP YOU IN THIS ROLE:
- Builder mindset. You don’t wait to be told what to do. You scope the problem, propose the plan, gather the people and budget, and ship.
- Bias for speed. When multiple high‑priority tasks compete, we favor speed over perfection. You ship, learn, and iterate.
- Business‑first orientation. You tie your work to LTV, conversion, retention, and margin — not to activity metrics.
- Executive presence. You report directly to the CEO: you can challenge, push back, and deliver difficult messages clearly.
- Adaptability. Scope changes. One quarter you may own payments; the next, supply or a new area. You pick up new context fast, without friction.
- High conscientiousness. Structured, concrete, organized — you leave clean documentation and decisions behind you.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Direct work with the CEO and real influence on decisions that shape the product at a critical scaling stage.
- A plot of land with genuine ownership — budget, headcount, and the freedom to build a function from scratch.
- A strong long‑term career and compensation trajectory: people who work with Artem grow fast, in both scope and earnings.
- A product that changes lives and helps millions of Christians around the world.
- A strong team and a culture of collaboration, continuous development, and high quality standards.
- Learning opportunities: knowledge exchange with Senior leaders across the Skelar ecosystem, internal schools and educational events, 13 professional communities, and access to external courses.
- Comfortable offices in Kyiv and Warsaw, and one of the best benefit packages on the market: insurance, 20 working days of vacation, lunches and breakfasts.
