About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Talent Sourcer to join our team at SKELAR, a venture builder that creates tech businesses in various niches. This role focuses on finding and attracting the best specialists to support our ambitious growth plans.
Key Responsibilities
- βImplement marketing approaches for promoting job vacancies across various platforms
- βDevelop and implement candidate search strategies for roles from junior to top-management levels
- βSupport candidates throughout the recruitment process, which can involve up to 5 steps
- βWork with ATS (BreezyHR), analytical dashboards, and automation tools
- βTrack latest sourcing trends and implement growth hacking solutions to reduce time to fill and cost per hire
- βImprove candidate experience
- βExpand network and create talent pools through headhunting
Requirements
- βMore than 2 years of sourcing experience
- βKnowledge of technological trends in IT and non-standard talent search channels
- βStrong skills in creating personalized emails for candidates
- βAbility to effectively communicate with candidates and build networks
- βAbility to prioritize, work in multitasking mode, and maintain flexibility
- βCritical and systematic thinking
- βAbility to visit the office in a smart-hybrid format in Kyiv
