About the Role
We are looking for an AI Technical Lead to join our Architecture team at Skello. This role focuses on developing and implementing AI solutions to enhance our HR platform and transform the daily experience of our users.
Key Responsibilities
- βDevelop and maintain the technical roadmap for AI initiatives at Skello
- βServe as the technical point of contact for all AI-related topics
- βDesign and implement concrete, high-performance generative AI solutions
- βProvide technical consulting to guide technology choices and ensure R&D aligns with business needs
- βEnsure transparency in reporting and project progress
- βCollaborate closely with Architecture, Product, and Data teams
- βEnsure the scalability and sustainability of AI solutions integrated into our product
Requirements
- βApproximately 6 years of experience with a strong background in Machine Learning
- βExperience with developing and challenging models
- βTechnical argumentation skills
- βInterest in Large Language Models (LLMs)
- βWillingness to work on pure software and engage with our technical stack (Node JS/TypeScript on AWS)
- βDemonstrated transparency and a genuine advisory posture
- βA 'builder' mindset focused on delivering concrete solutions
