About the Role
We are looking for an Ops Project Manager to join our Finance Operations (FinOps) team at Skello, a European company reinventing the work experience for field teams. This role focuses on optimizing financial operations through automation and agentique.
Key Responsibilities
- →Pilot projects to optimize financial operations including billing, collections, and compliance
- →Integrate AI agents and automation tools into existing financial processes
- →Identify manual tasks and propose automation solutions
- →Manage project timelines and coordinate stakeholders
- →Supervise regulatory compliance initiatives
- →Implement and track performance metrics for deployed tools and processes
- →Expand automation approach to HR and Legal operations
Requirements
- ✓1-4 years of experience in project management, operations, consulting, or tech/startup environment
- ✓Strong analytical and organizational skills
- ✓ROI and data-driven mindset
- ✓Autonomy and ownership capabilities
- ✓Native French and professional English
- ✓Strong interest in AI and automation
- ✓Understanding of AI agent concepts and applications
- ✓Ability to prototype using low-code/no-code tools, APIs, or scripts
- ✓Experience in SaaS B2B or FinTech a plus
- ✓Knowledge of financial operations a plus
- ✓Proficiency with Salesforce, Stripe, Chargebee, or similar tools a plus
- ✓Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n) or data visualization tools (Looker, Metabase) a plus
