About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team at Skello. This role focuses on building and managing the recruitment process for Product & Tech positions in an international scale-up environment.
Key Responsibilities
- βLead full-cycle recruitment process including stakeholder management, candidate sourcing, evaluation, and closing
- βPartner with hiring managers to challenge needs, collect feedback, and implement professional recruitment methods
- βMaintain rigorous process execution with transparency and focus on candidate experience
- βPrioritize effectively while maintaining quality during high-volume periods
- βContribute to continuous improvement of recruitment methods, tools, and processes
- βBecome a pillar in the Talent Acquisition team and represent our employer brand
Requirements
- βMinimum 6 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in Tech & Product sectors, preferably in scale-ups or specialized recruitment firms
- βDeveloped critical thinking and constructive analysis skills
- βExperience driving hiring managers and challenging expectations
- βStrong focus on candidate experience with ability to create fluid candidate journeys
- βProactive, autonomous approach with strong ownership mentality
- βPassion for recruitment with continuous improvement mindset
