RESPONSABILIDADES:
- Consultar diversas fuentes de datos cuantitativos y cualitativos para identificar problemáticas del producto y detectar oportunidades de mejora.
- Realizar investigaciones evaluativas y generativas utilizando técnicas mixtas.
- Facilitar workshops y colaborar de manera continua con el equipo de producto.
REQUISITOS:
- Licenciatura terminada (Marketing, Publicidad, Mercadotecnia, Administración o áreas afines).
- Manejo de SQL (preferente).
- Excel a nivel intermedio/avanzado.
- Conocimiento de herramientas de mapas de calor.
- Experiencia con software de analÃtica de producto.
