ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll be an embedded RevOps practitioner working alongside a Senior RevOps to own and improve the systems, data, and processes that power our go-to-market engine. This is a hands-on, technical role where execution quality and attention to detail matter most.

RESPONSIBILITIES
CRM Administration
- Own day-to-day HubSpot configuration: properties, pipelines, lifecycle stages, views, and data hygiene
- Build and maintain workflows, sequences, and deal automation logic
- Manage user permissions, onboarding new reps, and HubSpot training
Process & Automation
- Design and implement cross-tool automations using HubSpot Workflows, Zapier, n8n, and AI-powered tools
- Document processes and maintain an up-to-date automation inventory
- Identify and eliminate manual work across Sales and Customer Success teams
Data & Analytics
- Extract, model, and analyze CRM and product data to support business decisions
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports for pipeline, revenue, and funnel metrics
- Ensure data integrity across the full customer lifecycle β from lead to renewal
Sales Performance
- Track and report on sales targets, quota attainment, and rep-level KPIs
- Support commission and incentive plan calculations (SPIFs, quarterly targets)
Sales Process Ownership
- Serve as the go-to expert on sales processes and CRM best practices
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to translate business needs into system logic
ABOUT YOU
- 2+ years in a RevOps, SalesOps or similar operational role in a B2B SaaS company
- Hands-on HubSpot experience β you've built workflows, custom properties, and reports yourself
- Proficiency with at least one automation tool (Zapier, n8n, Make, or equivalent)
- Strong data skills: comfortable with Excel/Sheets, and ideally with BI tools (Looker, Metabase, etc.)
- Solid understanding of SaaS metrics: ARR, churn, NRR, pipeline velocity, conversion rates
- Familiarity with the full B2B revenue funnel: SDR β AE β CSM β Renewal
- Detail-oriented and structured β you catch what others miss
- Autonomous and proactive β you flag problems before being asked
- Clear communicator β able to translate technical logic for non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-moving scale-up environment
NICE TO HAVEβS
- Experience with AI tools integrated into sales or ops workflows (prompt engineering, AI agents, etc.)
- Exposure to data modeling or SQL for CRM data extraction
