About the Role
Smarsh is seeking an Associate Project Manager to join our Solutions Delivery team supporting our Vendor Risk Management product. This role involves managing customer vendor risk projects and providing detailed reporting and analysis of Vendor Assessments.
Key Responsibilities
- →Assist with project management for Smarsh VRM’s customers, including creating projects, launching vendor assessments, and following up with vendors
- →Launch vendor assessments from the Vendor Risk Management (VRM) platform and send templated follow-up emails
- →Convert PDFs, Word documents, and other formats into Excel-based structures for upload into the VRM tool
- →Create assessment templates by converting data from various formats into a predefined Excel structure
- →Map and answer questionnaires based on PDFs and other formats, converting them into Excel for review
- →Format and re-format reports in Word for finalization before sending to clients
- →Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders regarding the status of vendor assessments
- →Build reports using various tools and provide reporting analysis as needed
Requirements
- ✓2+ years’ experience with customer service, customer success, or inside sales, preferably in the financial industry or similar highly regulated industry
- ✓Minimum of High School Diploma or GED
- ✓Experience with Microsoft 365, specifically MS Excel
- ✓Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
- ✓Excellent telephone and written communication skills
- ✓Ability to quickly understand questions and solve problems
- ✓Proven results in driving customer health and satisfaction
- ✓Experience working with and presenting to technical, accounting, or senior level executives
