About the Role We’re looking for a Lead Software Developer to provide hands-on technical leadership within a distributed engineering team. This is a senior, high-impact role focused on raising engineering standards, improving delivery confidence, and driving technical direction across a core product platform. This is not a pure management position; you’ll remain deeply involved in coding, architecture, and problem-solving while mentoring others and leading by example. You’ll work in a remote, cross-timezone environment, collaborating closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, high-quality technical solutions. The role is ideal for someone who combines strong full-stack engineering expertise with ownership, pragmatism, and the ability to guide a team toward better practices and outcomes.
