About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Content Specialist to join Smart Working and shape how the world perceives the company. This role involves creating compelling content for various marketing and sales materials, bringing the brand and products to life through engaging copy.

Key Responsibilities

→Write clear, compelling content for sales and marketing collateral, including brochures, one-pagers, campaigns, video scripts, emails, and social assets.
→Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and sales teams, as well as external partners, to ensure consistent messaging and tone.
→Simplify complex or technical ideas into crisp, persuasive narratives that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
→Support campaign execution from concept to delivery, ensuring every asset aligns with brand voice and commercial goals.
→Refine tone, storytelling, and clarity across all content touchpoints.
→Provide editorial feedback and uphold high-quality standards across all published materials.

Requirements

✓7+ years of experience in B2B content, ideally in tech, SaaS, or fast-paced marketing environments.
✓Exceptional writing and editing skills — you obsess over flow, clarity, and grammar.
✓Proven ability to translate technical or complex topics into engaging, results-driven content.
✓Strong communicator — able to collaborate across teams and give/receive feedback constructively.
✓Organised, proactive, and self-motivated, with a track record of meeting tight deadlines and owning deliverables.
✓Comfortable working remotely and coordinating with global teams.
