πΒ The Opportunity
This is a hands-on, high-impact role sitting at the centre of operations. Youβll be the go-to technical expert supporting our Customer Service team, helping diagnose issues, guide solutions, and ensure our customers get the most out of their solar and battery systems.
Youβll work closely with internal teams and external manufacturers, giving you exposure across the full lifecycle of our systems - from troubleshooting and performance monitoring through to warranty and maintenance coordination.

π§ What Youβll Be Doing
β’ Provide technical support and guidance to Customer Service teams on solar PV & battery systems
β’ Troubleshoot system issues and recommend solutions
β’ Liaise with manufacturers for technical support and warranty approvals
β’ Interpret technical faults and coordinate site visits with maintenance teams
β’ Monitor system performance remotely to identify issues or anomalies
β’ Support warranty tracking, processes, and documentation

What Weβre Looking For
β’ 1-2 years experience in a technical support or similar role
β’ Strong IT skills or technical aptitude
β’ Data management experience with high attention to detail
β’ Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
β’ A natural problem-solver who can work autonomously
β Bonus Points If You Have
β’ Solar PV or battery system knowledge or renewable industry experience
β’ Electrical background or hands-on technical experience
