About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our 250+ product and engineering team. This role focuses on building technology that enables global brands to create high-performing campaigns through fast, scalable, and intuitive creative experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- →Take end-to-end responsibility for complex projects from design to deployment
- →Find the smallest possible increments to deliver value to customers quickly
- →Partner with Product and UX to dissect complex requirements into well-designed software
- →Lead technical design decisions and tradeoffs
- →Contribute to our Engineering Group, ensuring frontend and core packages remain performant and scalable
- →Act as a mentor and technical guide, elevating the team through code reviews
- →Drive projects forward independently and proactively dispatching roadblocks
Requirements
- ✓Minimum of 6 years of experience in building robust, complex web applications
- ✓Mastery of frontend development with expertise in React and TypeScript
- ✓Deep understanding of state management and performance optimization
- ✓Proven ability to drive projects independently
- ✓Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
- ✓Strong analytical skills to translate product vision into technical tasks
- ✓Motivation for solving customers' problems and delivering value
