About the Role
The Internal IT Specialist ensures the reliability and security of our global technology environment. This role provides advanced end-user support while also managing identity management, fleet administration, and key IT projects.
Key Responsibilities
- →Resolve complex hardware, OS, software, and SaaS issues for employees
- →Administer IDM systems for user onboarding, authentication, and access rights
- →Participate in the employee life cycle and maintain up-to-date documentation
- →Configure, maintain, and secure company Mac fleet
- →Cooperate with Cyber Security and Information Security Teams on endpoint security
- →Administer network access controls and infrastructure security
- →Configure and oversee office security systems in multiple offices
- →Drive the successful delivery of diverse project portfolio
Requirements
- ✓Experience in IT support and administration
- ✓Knowledge of identity management systems
- ✓Familiarity with fleet administration and security protocols
- ✓Understanding of network security and endpoint protection
- ✓Project management skills
- ✓Strong problem-solving abilities
