About the Role
We are seeking a Product Designer with a strong background in AI-powered product design to join SmartRecruiters. This role focuses on designing intuitive, effective, and scalable AI experiences, including conversational, generative, and agent-to-agent interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead end-to-end discovery for AI-driven experiences, applying systems thinking and multi-agent flow exploration
- →Design, prototype, and validate experiences following UX best practices and SmartRecruiters design standards
- →Define agent behaviours, including intent interpretation, decision-making, and escalation
- →Design conversational systems with dialogue patterns, error recovery, and multi-turn flows
- →Build and evolve evaluation frameworks to continuously improve experience quality
- →Design cross-channel experiences across Microsoft Teams, Slack, SMS, WhatsApp, and partner ecosystems
- →Advocate for accessible, transparent, and human-centered AI experiences
- →Document playbooks and frameworks to enable other teams to design AI agents
- →Partner with Product Designers, PMs, Engineers, and Data analysts to ensure high-quality agentic experiences
Requirements
- ✓Strong foundation in designing AI-powered products, including conversational, generative, and agent-to-agent experiences
- ✓Experience with UX best practices and design systems
- ✓Proficiency in Figma and no-code/AI prototyping tools
- ✓Ability to define agent behaviours, orchestration, and conversational systems
- ✓Knowledge of evaluation frameworks and data analysis
- ✓Understanding of cross-channel design principles
- ✓Commitment to responsible AI design and accessibility
- ✓Experience facilitating workshops and providing consultative support
