About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Support Team Leader to join a high-growth team focused on talent acquisition SaaS platform success. This role is critical in ensuring customer satisfaction and brand loyalty for SmartRecruiter's innovative hiring methodology.
Key Responsibilities
- →Interact daily with teams and customers to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide education
- →Handle escalated customer support cases from both external and internal sources
- →Attend weekly support calls with Enterprise customers to resolve issues
- →Lead internal training sessions for Tier 1 and Tier 2 Support Agents
- →Manage daily responses to internal questions on the Support slack channel
- →Schedule and lead new hire training sessions
- →Contribute to weekly Support team meetings
- →Drive high levels of customer satisfaction
- →Identify and report technical issues
- →Coach direct reports on Support Team processes
- →Collaborate with product management, engineering, and professional services teams
- →Lead various projects in the support domain
- →Serve as an ambassador for SmartRecruiters culture
Requirements
- ✓Experience in customer support leadership roles
- ✓Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- ✓Ability to work in a fixed schedule from 12:00 to 08:00 (CET)
- ✓Experience with talent acquisition or SaaS platforms preferred
