About the Role
The Performance Marketing Manager is a central function within Group Marketing, working with all SMG Swiss Marketplace Group AG business units and joining a team of digital and performance marketing experts.
Key Responsibilities
- →Plan, manage and optimise Search Engine Advertising efforts for various SMG brands
- →Work with other digital marketing channels (Social ads, programmatic, display) and step in for other channels when required
- →Drive performance, monitor, analyse and recommend optimisation and growth opportunities with a strong testing mindset
- →Challenge the status quo and actively contribute to the optimisation of processes and workflows
- →Work together with brands to achieve their marketing goals and ensure implementation of digital marketing best practices
- →Collaborate with different marketing professionals focusing on ad product & creative innovation, audience and data strategy, and measurement and attribution opportunities
Requirements
- ✓Experience in performance marketing with a focus on Search Engine Advertising
- ✓Knowledge of digital marketing channels including Social ads, programmatic, and display
- ✓Strong analytical skills with a testing mindset
- ✓Ability to challenge the status quo and optimise processes
- ✓Experience working with brands to achieve marketing goals
- ✓Collaboration skills with various marketing professionals
