About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Sales Advisor to join our team in Switzerland. This role involves advising customers personally, remotely, or via phone, and actively contributing to the growth of one of Switzerland's largest digital organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Proactively advise customers in person, remotely, or by phone in Eastern Switzerland
- →Identify customer needs to offer and sell customized solutions
- →Validate incoming customer inquiries and make initial assessments
- →Actively develop and manage the existing customer base
- →Visit existing and potential customers to build relationships
- →Nurture target customers and build sustainable customer relationships
- →Create offers, prepare contracts, and oversee the entire contract process
- →Create reports and analyses for your area of responsibility
- →Plan and deliver presentations to customers to effectively communicate products and solutions
- →Contribute to the further development of the business area with your own ideas
- →Participate in customer events to maintain presence and foster exchange
- →Build and maintain long-term, trusting business relationships
