About the Role
We are looking for an Implementation Manager to join SmithRx's Customer Success team. This role involves supporting core implementation functions and ensuring the high quality of the SmithRx product.
Key Responsibilities
- →Be the primary face to the client during the implementation process
- →Conduct impact analysis with client to determine appropriate requirements
- →Ensure all requirements are documented and approved by the Client
- →Create and maintain a detailed project plan and open items log
- →Coordinate across functional teams and the client to ensure timely completion
- →Monitor progress using weekly status reporting
- →Assist with escalated client and project issues
- →Provide go-live support
- →Facilitate internal Post Implementation Review meetings
- →Provide mentoring and support to other team members
- →Support high-volume, high-profile clients
- →Act as a mentor for colleagues
- →Participate in ad-hoc project requests and process improvement efforts
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- ✓Healthcare and/or pharmacy experience preferred
- ✓5-8 years of work related experience
- ✓Salesforce experience preferred
- ✓Microsoft Office literacy
- ✓Strong communication skills
- ✓Self-starter mentality
- ✓Execution-focused problem solver
