About the Role
We are looking for a Production & Operations Controlling professional to join our team. This role focuses on analyzing, steering, and continuously developing production-relevant key figures.
Key Responsibilities
- →Analyze, control, and continuously develop production-relevant key figures (e.g., productivity, efficiency, profitability, PPV, COPQ, OTD, deviations)
- →Conduct variance analyses and derive and follow up on measures for result improvement
- →Responsibility for the creation and further development of production-related reporting (e.g., over/underutilization, capacity key figures, cost deviations)
- →Participation in the creation of management reporting including substantiated commenting of monthly results
- →Further development of reports, KPIs, and controlling tools with a focus on transparency, automation, and future-proofing
- →Conducting economic and investment calculations
- →Participation in all tasks of cost accounting (including cost center, cost object, and surcharge accounting) in SAP
- →Support in product costing as well as pre- and post-costing to ensure transparent and correct manufacturing costs
- →Participation in the creation of production, cost center, and capacity planning
- →Support in budget and forecast processes in the Operations area and ensuring data quality
- →Close cooperation with Production, Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, HR, and the Finance team
- →Sparring partner for Production and Plant Management on business-related issues
- →Responsibility for site-specific investment and investment reporting (CAPEX-Tracker)
- →Economic evaluation and financial accompaniment of investment projects
- →Ensuring correct and consistent master data as the basis for reliable analyses and decisions
- →Support in the further development of controlling standards and processes
- →Point of contact for internal and external audits.
Requirements
- ✓Strong analytical skills and experience in production controlling
- ✓Proficiency in SAP and financial analysis tools
- ✓Experience in variance analysis and measure derivation
- ✓Knowledge of production planning and budgeting processes
- ✓Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- ✓Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- ✓Strong problem-solving abilities
- ✓Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
