About the Role
The Program Manager supports the planning, coordination, and execution of cross-functional programs within the organization. They collaborate with program managers to monitor project status, manage timelines, control deliverables, and facilitate communication among stakeholders. This role contributes to the success of strategic initiatives by ensuring team alignment, identifying risks promptly, and supporting problem resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support program planning and coordination activities, ensuring alignment with objectives and timelines.
- →Contribute to preparing program documentation including roadmaps, progress reports, timelines, and dashboards.
- →Coordinate meetings, workshops, and follow-up activities with project teams and stakeholders.
- →Monitor the progress of deliverables and milestones, highlighting delays or risks to senior management.
- →Monitor national and international regulatory updates and understand differences (ECAC, ENAC, STAC, ASN, TSA, etc).
- →Coordinate the implementation of new regulations within business processes.
- →Maintain updated documentation including action logs, risk registers, and budget monitoring.
- →Support problem resolution by collaborating with involved teams.
- →Facilitate clear communication between departments involved in the program.
- →Contribute to preparing presentations and periodic updates for stakeholders.
- →Ensure consistent reporting standards and timely information sharing.
- →Identify opportunities for improving project management processes.
- →Support the adoption of best practices, templates, and tools from the PMO.
- →Contribute to post-project reviews to gather lessons learned.
