About the Role
We are seeking a Techno-Commercial Bid Specialist to manage the pre-order and post-order phases of project bids for Mechanical Sealing Solutions. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure competitive proposals and smooth execution.
Key Responsibilities
- →Ensure selection, sizing, and on-time delivery of competitive techno-commercial project proposals against Request for Quotations
- →Review, interpret, and establish project-specific requirements from tender documents
- →Manage Techno-Commercial clarifications, exceptions, and deviations
- →Coordinate with Project Application and Global Engineering teams for non-standard applications
- →Manage techno-commercial scope for Seal Support systems internally
- →Provide investment case analysis and margin summary to Global Project Sales Managers
- →Create and enhance workflow processes and procedures
- →Mentor new engineers and support their development
- →Check and approve offers as per delegation of authority level
- →Support departmental strategic initiatives and objectives
- →Support line managers in preparing monthly and executive reports
- →Cover for team supervisor in their absence

- →Delivering competitive Project specific techno-commercial bids
- →Providing investment case analysis and margin summary to Project Sales Managers
- →Clear contract review and Order acknowledgement against purchase orders
