Key Responsibilities

→Identify key strategic opportunities and establish profiles of key clients
→Support global bids on strategic complex transactions
→Provide sales assistance and contribute to the technical compliance matrix for bid responses
→Coordinate between sales (Markets), service, and technology teams to propose complex solutions, particularly regarding scope, cost, and implementation timeline
→Be responsible for the technical solution to deliver contracts on time and within budget
→Implement a solutions strategy with a portfolio of products, including those from technology partners
→Develop and deploy solutions that meet regulatory, operational, and commercial requirements
→Coach local sales and pre-sales teams to become cross-functional contributors to the solutions offering and contribute to the continuous improvement of our architectural practices
→Ensure the company meets or exceeds annual order intake, revenue, profitability commitments, and develop tactics to grow the business
→Present client/market requirements to technical teams - digital, R&D, and integration
→Develop relationships with existing and new clients
→Support workshops, training sessions, and exhibitions with advice, tools, and training
→Be responsible for the design and implementation of the solutions strategy for the CIS market
→Act in accordance with a delegation of authority, making quick decisions to resolve issues and escalating problems to higher levels in a timely manner
→Work independently, in line with the strategic directions provided by their line manager

Requirements

✓Expertise in designing and implementing solution strategies for complex systems
✓Strong understanding of Cargo Inspection Systems and related technologies
✓Experience in guiding and advising leadership on procurement procedures, trial opportunities, and potential collaborations with third-party hardware/software vendors
✓Ability to contribute to new product development by gathering operational needs from clients and reporting on them
✓Experience in identifying strategic opportunities and establishing client profiles
✓Ability to support global bids on strategic complex transactions
✓Experience in providing sales assistance and contributing to technical compliance matrices for bid responses
✓Ability to coordinate between sales, service, and technology teams to propose complex solutions
