About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Fraud team at Socure. This role involves owning the foundational platform and core services that power Socure’s fraud products, focusing on scaling fraud detection through machine learning scores and actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead technical enablement for Score addons like Graph Intelligence and Signals
- →Manage the model lifecycle as a product, ensuring operational excellence
- →Scale cross-fraud services such as name matching and address validation
- →Use structured product frameworks for data-driven prioritization
- →Develop detailed product requirements and acceptance criteria
- →Partner with Engineering and Data Science for timely delivery of features
- →Identify opportunities for native integration of graph insights
- →Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth data flows and measurable customer value
- →Define and track KPIs for signal precision and model accuracy
- →Conduct customer discovery and feedback loops to refine product decisions
- →Translate technical insights into clear product value propositions
- →Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, and other product areas
- →Work with Product Marketing and Account teams for product documentation
- →Contribute to quarterly planning and prioritization
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of Product Management experience, specifically on platform systems or core services in a high-scale B2B API or ML/AI environment
- ✓Proven success delivering technical products end-to-end
- ✓Strong technical knowledge of predictive analytics
- ✓Ability to develop and execute product line roadmaps
- ✓Great cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- ✓Proven ability to drive product innovation
- ✓Strong verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Ability to travel 10-15% of the time
- ✓Preferred
- ✓Experience with identity fraud data, model feedback loops, or graph-based fraud detection tools
- ✓Prior work with clients in financial services, fintech, or government sectors
- ✓MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- ✓2+ years of building B2B self-service oriented products
- ✓Demonstrated user-centric approaches and experience working alongside Designers and Engineers
- ✓Strong influence and cross-functional collaboration skills
- ✓East coast based
